I have a “no logos” rule. Not sure why I should pay some company to advertise for them. Clothing with logos should come with a discount. (I’m not overly idealistic about it, but it’s a general rule.) If you see me, in any day, I’m probably wearing a plain, basic, t-shirt. . I tend towards basic, solid: red, gray, dark blue, light blue. But I have a few that are peach, pink, yellow, green, purple, and orange. (Absolutely none of the heather-ey, speckle-ey colors.) I prefer them slightly tight, (rather than baggy — which to me just seems a touch gauche).
Yes, you can get dress shirts tailored to fit tighter in the sleeves. I have had this done before and it is a great way to get a perfect fit. All the time but most of the time dry cleaning gets it out. I killed a nice Canali with fountain open ink. Of course the stain was on the cuff where it would show when wearing a jacket. I am moving offices at work so I was packing my wardrobes last Sunday and came across it at the back of one of them. Still wrapped in the plastic from the dry cleaner. The dress code at work is business casual. Jeans and sneakers are considered appropriate if the dress code allows business casual attire. I would say yes. Currently, I’m not aware of a dress code past certain things. These certain things being “no holes/torn up jeans”, must be jeans (not leggings/jeggings), etc. Also, depending on where you’ll work in-store, there may be a minor difference on what to wear. For example, avoiding things that could catch on fire/burn on accident in the deli/bakery. Yes! You can wear it really doesn’t matter what you wear…just be confident in whatever you wear and amaze everyone with the charm of your smile…thats it 🙂
