A photo would help alot. And knowing how it was printed. “Straighten out” tells me its lopsided. Crumbled tells me its wrinkly. So I’m not really sure what you mean, but I can give you my best guess at what’s going on. If its lopsided, it was either printed that way or the shirt itself has stretched in a way that deforms the graphic. That’s not really possible to fix and might just be easier to get a reprint. Now, if it’s vinyl, and it’s literally crumbling off of the shirt, that’s also a printing issue and you should request a refund. Vinyl prints can last years if done properly. If the mail in your area is that bad and cant pass a mailer through without destroying it you may want to look into different shipping options.
