So I ordered a shirt from RdklU on June 28, 2018. I was going on vacation on July 7, 2018, and was hoping to take that shirt with me. Anyway, the Funny clemente Museum Clemente Head shirt Next product was delivered on July 8, 2018. Yes, after 10 days! But that’s not the worst part. The worst part is they delivered the wrong product. I ordered one shirt and they couldn’t get it right. Lolz! So I took it up with the support and guess what? They asked me to confirm that they’ve sent the wrong product. They asked for a photograph and all. It’s like they thought I was lying! Wow, what a way to treat your customers, great going! After a day or two, some courier guy came and took the wrong product. I thought this was the end to it. But no! Today is July 29, 2018, it’s been over 14 days since I returned the wrong product, and there is no update/news on when I will receive the product I ordered about a month back. Now I value the work they do, the designs they have are perhaps the best in e-commerce right now, but what good is all that? Such poor logistics mean only one thing: NEVER ORDERING AGAIN! In addition to this, their return/exchange policy is so weird. If you receive a product that doesn’t fit or doesn’t look like you expected it to look, YOU will have to pay for courier charges to return it, you will have to go and send it out as a package lol!! In my case, I made it clear that since it was their fault, I was not going to pay for any courier charges and that they must arrange for pickup. Thankfully they complied.
