How It Works:
1. Once your payment is confirmed, we will ship you ONE rental Uni-Fi Internet AT&T SIM Card.
2.When you receive your sim card, you will reach out to us for activation.
We will NOT activate service for you until your payment method is on file for recurring billing and you have registered via our customer portal (This will be sent via E-Mail).
The cost of listing includes

that will be applied to your first month. Bill is due on the

of every month. You first month will be prorated depending on your activation date, and remaining balance will be credited to the following month's balance if applicable. Monthly service will then be billed at

This plan includes one rental SIM card.
This SIM card provided remains property of Uni-Fi Wireless.
If this SIM is lost, stolen, damaged or not returned within
7 days
of service cancellation a replacement fee of  will be charged to the payment on file. You may cancel anytime by returning the SIM.
Your Device must have a clean IMEI. If your deceive is reported lost or stolen your plan will be
deactivated

refund.
Delivery
Your SIM card will be delviered VIA USPS Priority Mail (2-4 Day Delivery). We can not activate your service until SIM is delivered and in hand.
